New Upgrades

This beautiful townhouse in is the only unit in the sought-after Barrier Dunes community with a water filter system installed for fresh drinking water and ice straight from the refrigerator – no need to bring bottled water! The unit has new hardwood floors, new master bed, new couch and furniture, new sliding doors and screens, and new air conditioner unit (AC)! The screened-in porch keeps bugs out and is a great place to leave your dog in a secure place.

Inside

Stepped on a Pop-Tart is a spacious, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhouse. The large master bedroom features a private ocean view balcony, king bed, flat screen TV, and a luxurious bathroom suite with two sinks, shower, and garden tub. Downstairs from the master is an open floor plan living space, with fully equipped kitchen, 6-seat dining table, and sitting area with flat screen TV. A guest room off the living space has bunk beds with a full on bottom and twin on top, flat screen TV, and private balcony. Next to the guest room is a bathroom with shower and laundry (washer/dryer).

TVs and Tech

Stepped on a Pop-Tart has plenty to keep you entertained after you’re don on the beach! The townhouse comes with 65-inch, 58-inch and 42-inch flat screen smart HDTV’s, with free Netflix and YouTube TV to stream movies. Accompanying each smart TV is its own DVD player, and you have 75 DVDs at the unit to choose from! In case you want to go old school, there’s also a VCR!

Outside

You’ll have plenty of outdoor living space, with two gas grills and an outside burner for frying fish, and a large screened deck with plenty of seating around a big table. The master suite balcony has two brand new Adirondack chairs where you can sit and watch the sunsets or stargaze at night. And from the guest room balcony, you can check out the neighborhood! On the ground level, there’s one covered parking space and room for another car in the driveway. An outdoor shower and hose make is easy to wash sand off before going inside.

Amenities and Activities

Barrier Dunes is a fantastic beach-side community! You get access to 2 pools, one is ocean side (just a 2-min walk from the townhouse!), and the other is next to neighborhood tennis courts. There’s also a playground, fishing ponds, and a nearby golf course. Other close by activities include biking, hiking, snorkeling, fishing, kayaking, and more!
